I've been trying the computer on this one and it looks like it might be balanced. Any rebs out there want to prove me wrong by kicking my backside? Will play a weather variation as an alternative if you like. My turnaround is about 3 turns a week or more.

I'm all for historical preservation, but geez. This thing was a hunk of junk from day one and now we are gonna pay an addition 14 million to put it on land and have people walk through it? I say we use that money to preserve pieces of battlefields getting paved over for more Walmarts/strip malls.
