I'm looking for a yankee to meet at the historical battle of Gettysburg (HISTORICAL 1. The Battle of Gettysburg - July 1 - 3, 1863). I prefer all optional rules except MDF and Artillery Capture. |

I'm looking for a yankee that will take on the full Gettysburg campaign. I am really interested in someone that will complete the entire campaign. I'm usually good for 2-3 turns a week, more or less dependent on work at times. I'm open to most optional rules, so send a courier if interested. http://... |

I am engaged in a Ozark campaign and the optional rules were set at the start of the first battle. A check midway through the second battle of the campaign showed different optional rules in effect than our first battle. Do the optional rules change or need to be selected again between each battle o... |

I'm looking for a yankee interested in Lyon's 1861 Missouri Campaign from HPS Ozark. I prefer phased play but I'm open to any optional rules. Are there any yanks who dare to cross swords in Missouri? http://www.usgennet.org/usa/mo/county/stlouis/mobattleflag.gif Colonel Mark Truitt Bushwhac... |

While it is easy to confuse that yellow stripe that runs down the back of most yankees with the colors of their uniforms, Osprey's Men at Arms says that the 10th New Hampshire wore regulation uniforms. Check it out for yourself: http://books.google.com.sg/books?id=-I4670AlaYwC&pg=PA11&lpg=PA... |

Gentlemen, I'll be glad to represent the Mizzou Tigers along with any fellow Missouri fans. I just ask to get a shot at those fellers from Lawrence. A first grade teacher explains to her class that she is a Kansas Jayhawk. She asks her students to raise theirs hands if they're Jayhawks too. Not real... |

General Hulinsky, Sir, that is what has come to be known as the Missouri Battle Flag. It was carried by several units in the Civil War. You can find it fairly easily with a google search. If you have a problem finding one you like, let me know and I'll email you a copy. http://www.usgennet.org/usa/m... |

The post about the Civil War blogs provided some great sources for material about the civil war. I was wandering about opinions on civil war documentaries. I definitely lean toward the "I have too much to worry about already" crowd and I don't want to get into micromanaging supply. However, I agree that the supply rules do leave much to be desired. I do like options 3,4, and 5 and I like the idea of 6 so that different methods could be chosen. I would ... |

I can not imagine that one single Unionist agressor has not rallied to support General Gleason. Perhaps the fear of yet another defeat at the hands of the glorious forces of the south is too much for a jayhawking yankee to bear? Respectfully, Major Mark Truitt Truitt's Brigade / Stone Mountain Inf D... |

General Harney, sir! I am disappointed, but not surprised, that not a single yankee has accepted your offer of battle in The Hill Challenge. The only sound coming from the northern lines appears to be the familiar sound of jayhawking yankee knees knocking at the mere sound of a southern voice. I am ... |
