has anyone played GMT's newest version of Shiloh, Into The Woods? Is it a good simulation of the battle? Is it worth buying?

Most of the Civil War battles were not truly balanced: equal forces or equal commanders or some other situation that made the battle really one of equals.

Which scenarios do you find that are balanced so that two opponents of equal ability seem to have an reasonable chance of winning?

If you want to play the yanks against AI rebs you will probably have to modify the scenario header. The longer scenarios normally do not have scripts, they are both tedious to create and do not work well for long scenarios, especially multi-day ones. The majority of the longer scenarios do not have...

I would like to play one of the Gettysburg scenarios that is not historical. Anyone with a suggestion for a Gettysburg battle that i can play against the computer?
