Currently the HPS site is down, has been for some time. According to a report I saw on another forum from Rich Hamilton they have a server problem and are working on it, not sure if he is still affiliated with HPS or not. I do know that JTS has not provided HPS with the newest updates beginning in J...

"Each unit of strength of a Supply Wagon represents enough ammunition to resupply 10 men."

So a 30 point wagon can provide ammo for a 300 man unit.

Saw this in the Nappy Forum several days ago and since nothing has been posted here I decided to note it.

Had the pleasure of meeting Jim and talking to him at Tiller Con as well as reading several of his wargame reviews over the years.

Gen. Martin,

Very glad to hear you are feeling well enough to return to active duty. :D
Take care of yourself first, suggest you take it easy, play a game or two
and let some of these young pups handle the admin duties.

Gentlemen, I wish to thank you for the kind words but mostly I want to thank those who came before me and helped found the ACWGC. I discovered the club in November 1999 and quickly went through the Academy and started enjoying all it had to offer. Have had the pleasure of meeting many fine people wh...

I am currently involved in an MP game of the Overland Grand Campaign Scenario. This is a John Ferry modified version that has been going on for 3 years and is currently on Turn 229 and which has gone through several changes in players with Gen. Dragan and I being the only ones left from the original...

OK I've got the site transferred. You'll find the Engineering Department at acwgc-engineering.com No new information, perhaps when I go on the Retired List I will see about adding the information I've collected on writing AI scripts. Please adjust any club links to the new location. Also if anyone i...

I contacted Gen. Desruisseaux and he told me it appears the site is no longer supported. My original reason for having it posted there was so this information would remain available to the club in case I was no longer active. The problem with locating the site on a "Free" website is they o...

It was located at http://www.wargamech.ca/wc/acwgc/engineering/
However it seems that folder of the wargame.ch site is down.
I also can't access the upload site, will send an email to Gen. Desruisseaux,
my contact for access to the site and see if he can look into it.

Brevet ranks were done away with years ago because they were a lot to have to manage. I may be one of the last Union officers to receive a Brevet Rank. Back in Feb. 2001 I was a fairly new Brigadier General and commanded 3/XIX in the AotS. I was asked to form the VIII Corps by the AotS CO and when ...
