Can any club members who have any of the Great Battles of the American Civil War Series board games (– by SPI/SDI/GMT – Terrible Swift Sword, Gleam of Bayonets, Dead of Winter etc) please contact me as I need some information of some of the games in the series. Any help appreciated. :D

Thanks General an excellent reference, states that the 3rd Tennessee were partly armed with Maynard Carbines. Looks like it would be an interesting carbine to shoot. Ah the smell of black powder :D

I was listening to “The America Civil War a history podcast “ about Forrrest. During the episode they referred to the fact that a couple of Forrest’s cavalry companies were armed with Maynard breech loading carbines. I checked my HPS/JTS Shiloh and his unit is listed as having shotguns. Does anyone ...
