Gentlemen: There was a memorial monument dedicated to the late Colonel Thomas Ringland Stockdale at his home in Summit, Mississippi. Stockdale served in the 16th Mississippi Infantry Regiment and the 4th Mississippi Cavalry Regiment. I believe he was in Forest's Command for sometime. After the Civil... |
