Nice input, guys. Thanks. Looks like Ewell was busy marching to and fro and could easily be taken out of the game while Holmes never was engaged making his status similar to Miles. If we want to play a "Historical" scenario then we should be fair to the Union. Removing those two brigades w... |

I know that Ewell's brigade spent the battle counter-marching and was not truly engaged in the Battle of First Bull Run but what of Holme's Brigade? From what I gather, Holmes was part of Ewell's command. Did this mean that he and his men also did not take part in the battle? |

Most of my OB unit rating for the Napoleonic Battles games was done with the reputation of the unit, prior to the battle, as my basis for the morale rating or the leader's command/leadership values. Not its performance on the battlefield in question. That would be like building a MLB game of the 196... |

Blake's video was AWESOME! BRO! Now when I play these games I am going to have your voice in my head when I move around the map. Like The Civil War series from Ken Burns and the narrator there. I like the changes. More ranged fire from now on. I echo your sentiments that Blake did a great job of go... |

Ok, Sean, lets wait for the updates to roll out. Sometimes the titles are not all done at once so we can get going with a game from one those titles that gets updated. <THUMBSUP> |

Well done, Scott. I remember you telling me something about some of the woes of the forum. Glad to see the old forum returned to its glory.

Open to variants too. Two phase format. Do movement/fire in first phase and then next phase do melees. W... |

This looks like a fun battle to play. My only comment would be that the map is too large. One beef I have about scenarios that do this is that they could easily use a "sub-map" that uses only that portion of the overall map that is truly needed.
Nice set of YouTube videos, guys! |
