I don't know how many Legion of Merit decorations have been presented in the history of this club, but these particular two presentations are going to two very extraordinary officers for an exceptional bit of work and expertise. Does anyone think that maybe there ought to be a restriction upon how severely depressed the barrels of the artillery can effectively operate? I'm thinking primarily of adjacent hex elevation differences, but I suppose there might be some thought of a formula that applied to slightly extended ranges...
