I have to concur on Trudeau's book as I loved it. I'm currently reading Covington's "A Study in Command" and I am fascinated by it. It covers the Gettysburg campaign and goes into detail on why some decisions were made and their implications. I find it very enlightening. General Mark Nelms Union Chi...

Nothing frustrates me more then seeing a couple of Reb regiments march up in the LOS of 4 of my regiments without being fired upon, fire collectively at one of my regiments causing 25 o...

Best assistance I can give you is to switch to Mozilla Firefox for your browser. Been running it for a couple of months now without a lick of problems. It has a built in pop-up blocker and security. I like it better then IE.

Merry Christmas to all Union officers. I hope you enjoy the special ration of whiskey I sent to all your mess tents.

Merry Christmas to all Confederate officers. Your gift is having Richmond because next Christmas it will be back in the Union! [:D]

Perhaps an e-mail to the prospective candidates with any questions you have may be the way to go. I'm going to ask that there be no more postings in this thread and that you copy it over to the Smoking Room.

Entirely plausible and doable as long as no one does it to me and then it is a low down dirty despicable Reb trick! [:D]

Union officers, when sending me your vote for Cabinet secretary, please use the word "election" for your subject. This will route it automatically to a separate folder in my Outlook Express. If you have already sent me a vote and didn't do this do not send another as I will manually move your e-mail...

Union officers, please make the subject line in your election emails with the word "Election" when the time comes to vote. This will send them directly to a folder and I won't have to be constantly cleaning out my inbox.
