First Battle of Boonville, June 17, 1861 (Historical) Weather rules(01 Boonville_Histscn_W.SCN)
I played the version "01 Boonville_Histscn_W.SCN", this is just like the original scenario but with weather lines added to the PDT.

Points of interest:
- Why are Moseby Parsons forces in this scenario? As it's 35 kilometer direct line from Boonville to Tipton it's unlikely that they could arrive by 10am. That is likely the reason that Parson is seldom mentioned and it is usually stated that he was somewhere between Tipton and Boonville, no source cites him close to Boonville or even taking part in the action, and that is no wonder as Infantry was part of Parsons force and by that it surely slowed down any move to Boonville. Parsons forces also creates the problem that the Union is usually not able to reach Boonville as it historically did because it will likely block any advance long enough for the scenario to end.
Currently the scenario looks like a What-If Parsons had arrived in time and not like a historical correct scenario.

- Scenario length, no reasons not to let the scenario run till evening, that would add some turns what would be good as the time to reach Boonville is not enough.

Recommendations:
- Remove Parsons forces, that should solve all problems.
For a more interesting game a different approach could be considered, an exit hex in the South and an extension of the scenario till darkness. This enables the CSA to hold the ground and if not possible try to escape, while the Union could conquer Boonville and try to destroy the CSA.
- Extend scenario by 9 turns till 18:00.

Weather version specific:
- The time from dawn to sunrise is in reality rather short with 32 minutes and so better visibility should come quicker. The line:
Sunrise (100% at 06:00 06/17/1861) Visibility: 8
should be at 5:40.
That has in so far impact on the scenario as that usual change in conditions in the morning from Hazy to Clearing to Clear would occur a little sooner and by that better visibility would occur earlier.

- In case the scenario gets further extended(beyond the current recommendation) it should be noted that sunset is at 20:39 and dusk ends about 21:11, again one can likely add some minutes to let night turns start at 21:20.
So the line:
Night (100% at 21:00 06/17/1861) Visibility: 1
should be at 21:20 and dusk PDT has to be adjusted to it
(Based on UTC-5, TZ: America/Chicago DST CDT)
