I am fighting Shiloh/Mill Springs's third battle Campaign and always it is the same map, I want to know if this is always like that.

The reason is very simple, there is only one choice.

The scenario is called <i>Johnston invades Kentucky</i>

It is meant as a meeting engagement and so can be played many different ways.

BTW,

The Mill Springs campaign is meant as a mini-campaign since it only covers a very small area when compared with the "full" campaign. So choices are meant to be limited.
