Good work General Adams. Reading that gave me a headache-thankfully I didn't have to code it.

Gen. Adams, <salute>

Thank you for steping up and making this..

I dont know if this is by design or somthing not working right, or maybe just maybe ;) Im having a dumn ass moment.

But when I go to the Muster link to check to see who muster and not and put in the dates for Jun. I get nothing. But i get the muster for the month of July.. Are you Ex-file them every month so they cant be view after the month? If so when?

Although I prefer personal muster procedures (email, forums) over the anonymous version, this is a good thing to have as a backup. Thanks for your work, Don.

I do think the notification shouldn't be sent up the chain of command higher than the next level of command, or at most the next but one (in case a position is vacant). Otherwise, if we'd use this system generally,

1) higher commanders would be swamped with notifications, and

2) the intermediate links in the chain-of-command would be weakened.

Reports are compiled on corps and army levels, and only the summaries go higher up. There is no need for a TC, let alone me, to know that an individual officer has mustered. A TC has about 80 officers under his command. That's what we have a chain-of-command for.

As an aside, ACs, TCs, etc. don't muster at all. I know they're there, or else I'd notice within a few days. [:)]
