The CSA Secret Intelligence Service has informed me that a Union invasion (Western Thunder) is due on or about the 1st of August so I deemed it prudent that we have a planning conference.
There for you are all required to attend said conference.
To ensure that the smurfs do not get wind of this very important conference we will be using an existing civilian conference as cover. The organisers of the Southern Show Girls Appreciation Society have agreed to let us use an annex of their hotel for planning.

Given the very high workload during the conference it is recommend that all officers attending take a weeks leave to recover.
