Is the brigade set up for "Toombs" confederate brigade correct in HPS "Antietam"???

I know that this is the brigade that defended the lower bridge against Burnside in the afternoon of September 17th. But the set up in the scenario has the brigade 'frozen' on the other side of the Potomac. This doesn't 'feel right'. Did the designer have some definitive information about the location of the brigade?

I can't see Robert E. Lee leaving the lower bridge unguarded while a brigade within easy reach just sit there.

That certainly sounds contrary to everything I've seen, which scenario are you looking at?

It's the main 'historical' scenario.

I found a good article online from General Toombs himself. He definitely describes the 2nd and 50th Georgia regiments at the Burnside Bridge. Checking the scenario again I DO see these two regiments near the bridge. So that is OK. But what about the 15th and 17th Georgia regiments? Also part of Toombs brigade. In the scenario, like I said, they are on the other side of the Potomac. In his report Toombs does mention them on the Confederate right flank. But when? That is the question. But I don't think those two regiments should be frozen. In the scenario, the designer seems to have put them in charge of two supply wagons there.

So I can't say definitively if something is wrong but it doesn't look right. I seem to recall that it was Longstreet that said "every single man fought at Antietam, there were absolutely no reserves".
