Mike,

I haven't heard anything on a TillerCon for this year, I think Rich was ready for a well deserved break from putting on another any time soon.....but there has been some talk of a club get together sometime this summer or fall in the Frederick Maryland area, some battlefield stomping, some gameing etc.
If enough folks are interested this is an event that could happen.

Hi, Rob,

Thanks! It has been a couple of years since the last one, which I thought worked out pretty well. I will try to make the get-together wherever it is this year.

Bill,

On the return flight from Kanas City, last TillerCon I witnessed an elderly man in a wheelchair poked, prodded and forced to stand to be scanned. He could very well have been a WW II veteran...it still puts a bad taste in my mouth when I recall the incident.
:x

Bill, I thought they escorted you to the state lines and warned you not to return last time you visited up my way?!

:D

I have been to Nanaimo a couple of times - both by submarine, if you can believe that. We were up doing trials in that neck of the woods, and the Canadians have a small base near there. Fished off the deck of the sub one evening anchored off the waterfront...

Thanks, Rich! Might be better next year for me scheduling-wise anyhow, as it turns out.
