| Post subject: | Windows 8 game transfer issues |
I am having trouble transferring games to Windows 8. I get error messages that prevent the files from loading on the C drive, but can boot off the disc drive. However, then they insist on looking for BTL files. This has probably been posted before, but I am slow to convert and lost the fix. Please send comments. Thanks. |

thanks, but it doesn't fit the windows 8 options, it seems to be a windows 7 fix. I sent a note to HPS, maybe I will hear back. |

Step 1- Get Frustrated. Step 2- Try to follow instructions for Vista/ windows 7 Step 3- Bribe teenage to fix. Step 4- console teenage. Step 5- give up all hope. Step 6- Wander the internet step 7 - notice click here for all other issues on HPS page. Step 8- Find magic page of all fixes. Step 9- Install fixes. Step 10- Confirm with teenager. Step 11- load battle Step 12- Wonder how you can be killing so many yanks and be on the verge of a loss. (Home). |
