I installed the 3D map for Antietam from Old Banshee. Now I am being prompted to enter the serial number. Where do I find that? thanks. |

I don't recall ever being asked for the serial number before. the issue seems to have resolved itself as I reinstalled the 2.01 upgrade and it runs now. The only issue I have is some of the counters appear blank or white on the map but the info about the unit still displays on the bar below the map. |

Hey Tom, can you flick either myself or the support email at John Tiller Software's site with a screenshot of what is going on? I'd love to have a look to see what is happening with your set up; it sounds like you might have some missing graphics files (maybe). Maybe we can get that sorted out for you. My email addr is steve at hist-sdc dot com Thanks. |

I had the same unit graphical problem when I upgraded to the latest HPS patch for the Campaign Antietam package. The images displayed within the unit information boxes was scrambled or blanked out. I solved this by reloading the original Antietam graphical mod offered by Frank Mullins at Old Banshee's HPS Tweaks and Tune Ups site (http://old-banshee.com/). You will find the exact download at http://old-banshee.com/antietam-graphics-package.php. |

-That's true, if you were using a mod then that would not be something that support would be dealing. |
