On vacation in North Carolina last week, we visited our son & family, whose home is 1/2 mile away from the tidal estuary just behind Topsail Island, i.e., only a couple of miles away from the ocean shore, and right within Hurricane Florence's projected landfall bulls-eye. Potentially devastating. We pray for them, and for all the people and places in the storm's path. |
