I figured since it is July 1st, maybe folks can share things related to the battle if they'd like to.

I started watching the NPS' Gettysburg Battle Walks and have found them very enjoyable. One in particular related to Robinson's Division on Oak Ridge presented by a Park Ranger, John Hoptak: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=htu1NlLzCO4

Also I was at Gettysburg in January several times and during one of my visits, I went to Oak Hill and took the below photo from the Eternal Light Peace Memorial looking towards McPherson's Ridge/Farm.

Everyone, feel free to share/add something!

To continue, better late than never I guess, for Second Day this photo is again taken in January. Taken 9 days after the photo above, we enjoyed a nice day at Gettysburg, this time with snow and a really nice sunset. It sets more along the Warfield Ridge, the open area in the distance, during the winter. I'm not sure if I am on top of one of the rocks when I took this or not. The slope to the Triangular Field is where the tall brown grass is on the other side of the park road. You can see the snow covered roof of the Slyder Farm in the almost center of the photo.

Third Day tomorrow probably.... 8)
