Gentlemen, Sirs! <salute>

It is my pleasure to announce the arrival of the following Cadets:

Cadet Luis E. Lanuza, Image Cadet Lanuza resides in northern Spain and was recruited for us by his fellow countryman, Major General Jaume Campderros, ANV.

Cadet Lanuza is beginning his training with VMI Instructor, Brigadier General Ed Blackburn, ANV. Luis has JTS ACW Campaign Gettysburg.

Cadet Mike Terhune, Image. Cadet Terhune lives near the area of Gen Lee's HQ on Marye's Heights in Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Cadet Terhune has begun his training with the Commandant of VMI. Mike has JTS Campaign Antietam, Chancellorsville and Gettysburg titles.

Please join me in welcoming them to the ACWGC! These Cadets represent the 9th & 10th Cadets to have joined for this year! We only had 6 Cadets graduate in 2019!

Respectfully submitted,

Your Obedient Servant,

General Nick Kunz
Commandant,
Vicksburg Military Institute

Gentlemen <salute>

A followup message to my previous post on this topic of recruiting.

I have attached the English Version of a Recruiting Poster developed by our very own Loren Drummond that has also been translated into German, Spanish and French. The English version is presently being translated into Australian which has been tough. It is expected to be completed soon.

A small recruiting team has been working since early April, 2020, distributing these posters to a variety of sites (Facebook Pages, Wargaming Forums, etc). It could be coincidental that applications to the Club have increased since that time but it does appear this "advertising" is having some effect attracting new applications.

If you are interested in receiving any of the versions of this poster, please email me at waltdortch@gmail.com and I will send you a copy promptly.

Cadets Lanuza and Terhune <salute>

Welcome to our Club! We have a number of fresh UMA graduates who would very much enjoy battling a fellow rookie after you graduate from VMI.
