looking for comments / opinions of Corinth and Vicksburg. Are these popular Civil War titles?

I have Vicksburg and Corinth. I have not played much on Corinth yet, but Vicksburg I love. Not only that but the current Tournament is being played on it. But don't take my word for it. I am biased as it is my favorite campaign and I have been to the field two times. I would recommend it though!

I would recommend that you go to the Department of Records (DOR) and review the Game Scenario Reports for each of those titles. It will give you a good indication of how much they have been played and what the fortunes (win, lose, or draw) of each side were in the various scenarios. Then the opinions of the members who respond will mean more to you.

These are not my favorite titles but I recommend you acquire them anyway. Each title in the series is valuable in its own right for the insights it provides into that stage of the war. Different maps and OOBs if nothing else, particularly Corinth.
