Officers of the Confederate States of America (CSA) Armies & Fellow Club Members,

On behalf of the Club Cabinet, myself & the CSA Command Staff the following officer has met the requirements for promotion in the General Officer Ranks:

Another congratulations to all three. I've had the pleasure of playing Major General Blackburn in my training match in VMI. Hope to play the others someday.
