One of many things that impresses me about you is that after becoming somewhat aware of how much time the execution of your duties as President AND MANAGING THE DOR takes, you are not only continuing to play JTS ACW games, but inviting or accepting invitations to play in the monster JTS WWII games as well. Thousands of units to deal with!

The point being, the prospect of good gaming with Gentlemen (not a dull AI) who play the games well but to whom winning is not all, is what invited many, and I expect you, to join the ACWGC in the first place and you have not lost sight of that sir! Taking action to preserve and enhance the salient attractions of our unique Club should be the point of beginning for anyone who follows you as President.

Ernie, I have certainly used and abused you for the past 5 plus years as you are my rock when it comes to searching, collecting or adding CSA members to the ACWGC Forums and then passing on the needed information to said individuals!

Then there is the Department of Records, whether I need a record deleted because of an entry error or adding gaming scenarios to the various Campaign titles to be included for the record you are always there for me in a timely manner!

Ernie,
Your service to the club is not new.
I believe you were the commander of the Army of the Ohio when I joined the ACWGC some 20+ years ago.
Since then you have probably held every command and administrative position in the Union Army.
I also recall you serving as commander of the V Corps when I was an active member of our sister club the NWC.
I believe you also have command duties at the CCC.
Not sure how you manage it all but I want to express my personal thanks.
