I am retired and living in China for 20 years, I have taught here for 18 years. I am originally from New York In the 1970’s I was in the Navy for 4 years and sailed around the Mediterranean mostly. I drove a fuel oil truck and fix oil burners after I go out of the navy for about 10 years. During this time I got a BA and a masters in early modern History. What do you do with a degree in History, nothing so I became a network administrator for a university library in New York, That worked out for about 5 years but I was too blue collar for them, ex navy, truck driver didn’t fit in with the academics. I am not politically correct. I am actual more politically correct in China than I am in the U.S.. What can I say I know the difference between what a is man and what a woman is. Around the time I left the University Library that I worked in my first marriage was ending So I ended up living in China. Its very nice here.
I have been war gaming for 50 years started with SPI games, My first computer game was computer Bismarck in 1982. My favorite game was war in the pacific both editions. Spent around one year on one game and 6 months on another game. I have played John tiller games when he published them under HPS stating around 2005. I enjoy the Civil war series the best. I hear audio books on the civil war all the time.
I am enjoying the time of my training and interacting with the various members that I have come across. Leo
