I can not find the old graphics mod site. Can someone point me in the right direction.

Do you mean the "Old Banshee" site? I don't think there is a dedicated mod site anymore since WDS took over, is there?

You might already be aware of this, but rickdenic has been posting a ton of old banshee-esque mods on the official WDS forums. Go to Civil War Battles - Design & Modding and you will find it. It is not excactly what you are asking for but it doesn't hurt spreading the word.
