Gentlemen,

I am pleased to announce the awarding of a John Dragan Medal to Brig. Gen. Rick Brown of the ANV. The Dragan Medal is awarded each time a Confederate officer reaches a 1,000 point marker in the DOR.

I am also happy to announce the awarding of the Pierre Beauregard Medal to Brig. Gen. Tom Marshall for his 25th battle victory over the Yankees.
