Gentlemen,

I would ask all members to join me in offering congratulations to General Nick Kunz on receipt of his third Warrior Medal, on completion of 601 games. This is no mean achievement and unique, I believe, within the Club.

Congratulations General Kunz, well played, Sir.

Awesome job, Nick!

The next six highest totals of games played are all Federal members! Then there I am in 8th place with 288, not even half way to Nick's total.

The average Club Member has played 69 games just in case anyone is curious. This includes games of all types registered in the DOR.

Tom Phillips completed just over 1,000 games during his career in the Club. Remarkable.

General McEntegart, Sir! <salute>

Karl, thank you for the kind words on my being awarded my 3rd Warrior Medal!

How fitting it is as it comes just after a year of Tom's passing on March 24, 2023!

I miss Tom everyday that I am gaming and also fondly remember John Dragon who never turned down an opportunity for another game!

I have enjoyed my gaming time here in the ACWGC and getting the opportunity to get to know my opponents from both sides!

I am so grateful that the ACWGC still continues to be the place to meet and game against those who enjoy the history of the American Civil War!

Respectfully,

Your Obedient Servant,

General Nick Kunz
Commanding,
2nd Corps, AoT
