I'm glad to announce that
General Frank L. J. Mullins
is the new Commander of this glorious unit,
replacing Brig. General Simon MacBeth.

Thank you Gen. MacBeth for your work
and Congratulations to Gen. Mullins
for his new command.

Thank you for your leadership. You will be missed. We have racked up quite a score under your Command.

Gen Mullins,

Congratulation on your appointment to the Command of the XVIth Corp. My boys are itching for a fight. Just point us in the direction you want and let slip the reins of my Division and we will clear the way of any pesky reb pony riders.
