Sir, where do I find the .xxx file, I found the yyy file and deleated it and tried that, but no .xxx file in the main folder. Thanks

It is usually in the same folder. Sometimes there is only one of these files generated, so deleting that file should help.

Suh,
If you go to the scenario design page this is a patch designed by bill peters called PBEM clean up. down load it to your computer and unzip it. when you're done with a turn you click on the icon and it removes all of the xxxx and yyyy files no need to go into the folders and look for the xxxx and yyyy files and delete them manually.
