Does any one out there still own a copy of SPI's War Between the States and if so would you be willing to provide me with a copy of the rules and the addendum that were published over the years? Naturally I would be willing to pay all reasonable copying costs as well as the cost of mailing. If you can help me out, please e-mail at 42bill@comcast.net.
