Post subject: | HPS Campaign Gettysburg |
Finally got my new hard drive reloaded and ready to get two more games of the Gettysburg Campaign going preferrably one as Reb and one as Yank. Doesn't need to be against same person, I am just curious as to what the other side is seeing in this game. I do prefer someone that can turn around 2-3 turns a week since these campaigns are so long and would like to finish before I get to old to remember why I started[xx(]. Also, you need to be up to speed on HPS system if you don't want your head on a shield[:D]. I prefer playing with all options on and phased play with auto defense fire (not the Turn based option). This seems to give the best balance to game. We don't need to start at Brandy Station beginning unless Union player wants too (I consider this one a draw for the Reb unless the Union wants to cross the creek and Winchester is a waste of time). Ken I have been looking for a mirror match Historical 3 Day battle. By phased I am thinking you mean like the BGG system without the opportunity fire? Anyways I am still a novice at the HPS system but I do have a couple notches on my belt in the BG system so there is hope in Mudsville. I am still looking for someone to take on the whole campaign. I did start a mirror match with Tony for the Battle of Gettysburg but that will be about all the Gettysburg battles I can stand[:p]. Col. Kennon Whitehead Chatham Grays III Corps, AoM (CSA) |
