I met the newly graduated Lieutenant in the Tavern and we decided to try our boys out against each other. The ground we decided to have it out on was near Chancellorsville (016F) with the good Lieutenant acting as the noble boys in blue and my boys put on the butternut again.
Well, its pretty straight forward. The last thing I remember seeing is a wall of blue coming east across the old military road near Prospect Hill...that, and the backs of a bunch of butternut.

I had my boys deployed facing north at the base of Prospect Hill with more units on the wood line to the north west of the road. Also, a regiment and guns were deployed near the Bernard Cabins to the west.

Lieutenant Woo hit my men with a right flank maneuver that folded them up like an accordion! He expertly led charge after charge, driving my men back till our center was on the road facing east, with our right flank across the small creek.

I ordered my men along the treeline to advance to the east to try and ease the blue tide, and we finally slowed his advance till he reached the road. Both of us attacked and counter attacked across the road, pretty much ending in the same positions that we started.

I called my reserves near the Bernard Cabins when I was convinced that he was using the majority of his force to attack through the woods...but, alas, to late.

We hit his left with mixed success, as his counter attack captured two of my guns.

The end of the scenario left us with a draw but I am convinced that this new Lieutenant is destined for great victories. He directed his troops with extreme professionalism and conducted himself as a noble and gallant officer of the Union. He showed skill beyond his shoulder boards, thats for sure.

Lieutenant Woo, allow me to buy you a drink and salute you for your brilliant performance, sir.

<salute>

Salute to you both for a well fought game. Now, next AAR Major Campbell, might we expect to see some screenshots of the epic moments!?

Best regards!
