Reb or Yank, how about medium length game (+/-50 turns). I have Atlanta, Antietam, Petersburg, Gettysburg, Franklin, Corinth.
Optional rules are pretty much your choice.
I like artillery capture since I usually lose quite a few and like the chance to take them back.
Also I prefer meeting engagements .

General Baker,

Haven't played Petersburg yet so I would like to break that one in. Any particular scenario you are interested in?

General Last,

Scenarios 007, 010 and 116 are about the right number of turns. You want to pick one?
The only game I have played was Globe Tavern and it heavily favored the Union.

How about giving 116 a try? Are you partial to turn-based play or phase-based play? If phases I would prefer automatic def fire, so as to have fewer emails.
