In accordance with the wishes of Sa Majesté le roi de France et de Navarre, in full confidence has ordered the appointment of:

Lieutenant Colonel Vicomte de Bianchi



As Général-en-Chef in command of l'Armée de Terre Royale.

With this appointment, Olivier will take a position on the Club Staff as the representative of the French Forces. It is an Interim appointment for now, but he will be given all of the proper authority that is afforded to the position.
