It seems that one of the King's Stamp Act collectors has met his demise in the July 4th Tourney. Rick Martin has defeated Brent Simon and his Loyalist scoundrels...Caesar had his Brutus, Charles I had his Cromwell, may George III profit from the example..-Thomas Paine

I say guvnah...one battle does not a war make. There will be many flying Union Jacks, and if not mindful, some may even be hoisted over Choctaw lands.

And Washington had his Arnold...so put that in your peace pipe and smoke it

TEA TIME IN OLDE BOSTON

Colonel Phil Natta

His Majesty's First Regiment of Foot Guards

Col. Natta,
Your regiment is well known and infamous, but hard fighters nonetheless. Your posting is colorful and with a nice splash of historical reference, but for you to request that God SHAVE the King borders on the Blasphemous!!!!

Blasphemous to who Chief...the great maize god? Have you abandoned your Choctaw pantheon good sir?

Nevertheless, the King has become fond of his new, er what do you call it...a goatee? It is most unbecoming of his Highness, and therefore we beseech the Great Spirit in the Sky to move him to acquire a more gentlemanly countenance at the earliest opportunity.

Colonel Phil Natta

His Majesty's First Regiment of Foot Guards

"Big Daddy" George III

Well challenged Col Natta. I yield the field. I know to retreat in the face of superior firepower.

Well it appears that 'big bad daddy' Georgie 3 (another sequal?) has taken a few hints from the Colonial facial hair department - everyone knows that the best players have goatees!!
Perhaps a new top 10 list for you to complile Mr Natta??

I should have said that the King at least sports a clean and well trimmed goatee David, not a two foot long scraggley Hatfield/McCoy type Colonial face bush

No need to retreat Chief Rodes. I enjoy the friendly verbal fencing, you thrust and parry quite well sir.

Colonel Phil Natta

His Majesty's First Regiment of Foot Guards
