All,

I need 2 officers to step forward.

Why? Because the new format for processing recruits into the club has been put into place.

So? Periodically these recruits need someone to give them a practical walk through of the games in the form of a short scenarios.

Currently I have 2 officers signed up to help. 1 from either army. This isn't enough though, as with just a couple of recruits coming into the club I already have one in a training game and 2 others pending response.

I would like to have 1 officer from either army step forward to boost the staff in this new endeavor. I would prefer that these be people not already holding another staff post (to prevent burn out and spread the work around), but that may not be possible.

All trainers will receive 3 admin points per month. In addition they will get 2 points per recruit trained, not to exceed a total of 10 points per month.

All interested parties please report to me, either via this thread or via e-mail.

Regards,

Rich

Great Mike, thanks!

And as a clarification, you don't need to be an "officer" to do this. Any rank will do. I just use that term as a general descriptive term.

C'mon men, don't let the lobsterbacks better us here. Of course one of us is worth 2-3 or their ilk, but for appearances, lets match them.

Hi Sam,

Ok, thanks I have added you to the list.

We are good to go on volunteers from the British side now...would like to have 1 US/Colonial officer step up though. Better to have recruits trained by someone from their own side if possible!

Rich

If you still need a colonial volunteer, I will be happy to whip some citizen-soldiers into shape.

But someone will have to buy me a a rhum vieux. None of that cheap British swill.

Let me know.

Yes Sir, I still do need a Colonial officer. This now gives us 3 Brits and 3 Colonial's. Good to see! This way no one will get to heavy of a work load.

I'm going to try and get the Help Center page redesigned a bit and tie it into a training center in which I will also list the staff and the current cadets in training.

Thanks for stepping up gent's. We really appreciate it!!

Salute! <img src=icon_smile_approve.gif border=0 align=middle>
