As a general rule, I prefer rout limiting off, weak ZOC, Line Disruption, and ADF (one phase) on.

Thank you for your offer. Sadly I don't think I can manage another fight at the moment. However, considering the absolute drubbing currently being administered by Gen Coffey, I think I will likely have a slot open soon.
