October Bounty Winner

Maréchal Garry Cope has taken both the Capture Bounty for October!

Field Marshal Scott Ludwig has taken both the Kill Bounty for October!

Both Garry & I scored high valued leaders this month. Mine was Col. Doniphan at Brazito, worth 40 points, but Garry's was Zachary Taylor at Buena Vista worth 72 points. Guess he won't be president....

The British have only won the Bounty three times this year and two were by me!! Come on guys!! The Americans only three times too and the Indians haven't won since August of 2013 when Cela Nioftz got it.

Since reinstating the Bounty in July 2013, The French, under Garry alone, have increased their total claims significantly. They now sit with in range of taking the lead. You can see all the totals & wins here:

I usually post it each month Cliff. I was a little delayed the past few months, but usually we will see a post about it towards the end of the month for the winner and a post opening it up for the next month. I also include it in Club wide emails, when I can, when we occasionally do them. It is also linked off on the main Club page too. Just keep a eye out for it. I get busy and we can miss a month or two for letting folks know it is out there, but we try to let folks know as often as we can.

I do have an AdC, but this a Club wide activity and I get admin points for doing it. Maintaining the whole Club overall for monthly updates only takes a small amount of time. Most everything is website based and only a handful of us handle can do sites and have access to the site. If folks don't file bounties, I can forget, but usually Garry files something. But look at the pages of the forum, you'll see it referenced.

I could always get someone to do the forum postings for it.....
