From an article in the Tulsa World ... "If you live in an area that is prone to flooding or an area where you have to cross low river crossings or are near a stream that’s flashy"

Anyone know what a flashy stream is?

We're expected to get 3"-7" of rain in the next 48 hours with some areas getting nearly 12". hehehe....
