Sirs:
A drink to my opponent Ensign Steve Kitchen. He recently handed me a beating in my first club game at Fort Stanwix. His brave British soldiers stood off from the fort and fired volley after volley for over an hour before storming the walls and capturing the shocked survivors. His Indian contingent also gave more than it took against the relief column and was able to fall back in good order as the fight ended.
