 Post subject: Eckmuhl 534 Turns
PostPosted: Wed Oct 13, 2004 10:35 am
Dear Sirs:

I am currently engaged in battle with a worthy oppnent in both a single scenario and in the campaign version of Eckmuhl.

He is not interested in the 534 turn game, which is fine. We should be straight forward about our preferences, otherwise our interest wanes.

I am interested in playing the 534 turn version.

The challenge is proffered.

Guys - just wanted to let you know that the basic version of the scenario didnt have pioneers added in. For a simple rule just have it that you cant destroy bridges in the game. Otherwise the French can destroy the Ratisbon bridge which will keep the I and II Austrian Korps from the main battle area.

Either that or put your own version together with pioneers added in.

I plan on releasing a pioneer version soon. For now just leave the bridges standing. And actually the bridge at Ratisbon was not demolished by either side until the last day of the Eckmuhl Campaign anyway.
