I recently purchased "The Waterloo Companion" by Mark Adkin It is a reference volume on the Battle divided into 10 sections discussing all aspects of the battle. I am a fan of Mr. Adkin. he has published several reference volumes (I have the Gettysburg volume). I thoroughly enjoy his work and recommend both books. |

His significant other probably has to hold it and he has to wear sunglasses too. |

Another book I recommend is Wellington, Years of the Sword by Elizabeth Longford, an interesting book and she describes the war in the Peninsular very well. |

Oh crap, you mean they actually procreate! We may never enjoy world peace again with all the little dissidents running 'round. |
