Were the rules tested in more games?
Just wonder if these are now regarded as usable for a wider audience or if they still have to be adjusted.

No Christian this was the only game and they do need more testing on a bigger battle but I suppose anyone could give them a bash.

Bill and myself were going to try out another battle but Bill had a lot of work to do updating game files etc and life situation so at this time we have not got round to completing the test.

I will see if I can test them in my next games, although the next few games I want to play(scenarios of Austerlitz campaign) are on a rather small scale but for Austerlitz itself they could be interesting and hopefully move the gameplay of that battle closer to reality.

Christian, even on a small battle these rules still work but obviously the LOS rule and command rule are of little or of no use but again that all depends on the nature of the battlefield etc.....

I think we all strive for realism as much as possible and to me the whole points business is not realism in itself as for instance it limits your use of cavalry in any game as they have a high point value and plus Napoleon didn't win on points did he.

I suppose like any rules they are open for interpretation and used in various ways.
