Not sure, I think it is too soon to tell.

I for one am slow to adopt & jump on to new tech. If it is even worth it, often it takes time to sort out the issues. Though Microsoft has learned a lot over the years, my mind is if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I know they need to make money & keep up, so I apply it to my personal use. Still have a PC running XP and plan to keep my 7 one going too.....I used to be more into the current tech trends when I was younger, but I am becoming more of an observer not that I'm older & see if it is worth it in the long run. Same applies to games I purchase. Seen too many folks bandwagon things, only to get run over by it. The long term is what is key....

Oh, another OS from MS???
Rant Rant Rant

So sick of MS. Just put one out that will last for 5 years and be done with it.

Its not like technology is running that much faster ahead of the days when I did IT.

I cant wait to ditch MS and go to a Linux based OS.

I took Unix/Linux classes back in '99 and '00 and really loved the OS. Just a bit of extra work to get things running and I understand the newer versions are much easier to configure. Things like printers and so on easier to setup.

Its really a travesty ... this Windows era ... its sad that the professional world keeps on driving Windows to the fore. At this point I am thinking that Mac is a better alternative .... if only our games worked on Macs (or do they - is there a conversion program that allows JTS products to work on a Mac?).

Mac prices have come down a bit so the hardware is more affordable but the gap still exists and that is part of the reason why folks stick with the PC.

I don't think Windows 10 actually releases until the end of the month.

The latest news is that it releases (bugs allowing) on the 29th of this month.

Yea always good to wait for the first service pack, by then the biggest flaws should be fixed and it should be clear if the operating system is worth any money at all.

I run a business online, so upgrading to Windows 10 and having it blow up in my face is a little scary.

However, here is the most important question... Do these games work okay on Windows 10?

I don't have Windows 10 myself but I saw over in the ACWGC forum that the games work fine on 10.

Well, I took the plunge and can report that the games work fine. Really like Windows 10 compared to Windows 8

Only snag I had was my sound was not working when I upgraded. That was an issue specific to my computer though and I got it worked out.

I upgraded my computer a few days ago and I have nothing negative to report.

It's working. I went from windows 7 to windows 10 without a glitch.
