That seems to be happening a lot, lately. I read archaeological magazines and they often have articles about similar findings. for many construction sites, governments require some type of checks for bones, etc. I have read that some grave sites are uncovered, accidentally, during excavations. It is interesting as new DNA methods can identify, not who the remains are, but countries or areas of origin. |
