I am seeking an image of the Russian flag to use in creating the campaign info images that are used in the Campaign Front End - Situation and Decision parts of the campaign branches as well as the Planning Maps found in the main folder of the game. In looking at the Wikipedia article here:

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flag_of_Russia

... they had this to say: "The flag was first used as an ensign for Russian merchant ships and became official as the flag of the Tsardom of Russia in 1696. It remained in use until the establishment of the Russian Socialist Federative Soviet Republic in 1917."

I am looking to find an image of a flag that best fits the military. I have been using a Russian regimental looking flag for the last four games but I believe that one that fits the entire military or nation as a whole would be better.

One Russian member of the club said that the flag depicted in the Wiki article was of the modern Russian Federation. Well according to the article that is true .. they resumed using the old one from what the article says.

However, if there is a flag that better depicts the military forces I would like to find it. Just post a link. It has to correspond to the dates 1792-1800. Much thanks in advance!

I cannot help you in this regard but I am glad to see you are still finding challenges in game design!
