This is so nice! Congrats to all of the officers.

Having founded the Austrian army back in the early 2000s after Campaign Eckmuhl came out its been an honor to see the many people who helped make the continuation of that army possible since my departure. Thanks to all not only that won their awards but to those that helped serve in the army and help it flourish. I hope you guys are enjoying the army and club as much as I am.

The Austrian army remains one of the my favorites of the Napoleonic Wars. I am glad to see it still a major component of the NWC.

It's a great force, both in the Wars themselves and in the Club! :frenchsalute:

I think a lot of folks overlook it in both, but it is a mighty force and has some really interesting and diverse soldiers/leaders. I have long found interest in the Eckmühl and Wagram campaigns and those two games are the first games I got from HPS/JTS some 13 or 14 years ago. Looking at the Eckmühl disc now as I write this. I actually enjoy the two games a lot!

I also have enjoyed many laughs and interactions with Austrian officers in the Club. Though the rivalry has quieted down over the years, I still enjoy working with them! (Goes without saying from the administration side of the Club, we'd be at a true loss without Jim Pfluecke's involvement in the Club and the Allied Coalition)
