Glad you said "almost", Gentleman Jim!

For me, at only a decade younger, I still have the choice of many more addictions, but the one I like most is waking up in the morning!

Scott is correct,
we made maneuvers equal in points at the request of multiple players.

Regarding the armies--the culture of the club is one we create. I still mostly play "French" players. We have run army vs army tournaments in the past, corps vs corps, etc, and I plan on doing some for Republican Bayonets on the Rhine when I get a chance.

One thing that helps create a culture where each army has an identity is more members helping make direct connections to each other and not just on the boards--- this means training new players, helping players find opponents at their skill level and with similar play styles, tournaments and challenges, and things like that.

So, if anyone wants to help create more connections within the club, send me a message through the boards or post here. I have a lot more ideas than I have time!

I have always been a bit of an addict but as age (71) has almost precluded "sex" as the addiction of choice perhaps stats. would be a poor second :frenchlol:

Remember married guys .. a "Maneuver" encounter with the wife is worth full points now. :frenchcool

(I should quit now ... :frenchlol1: :frenchlol: )

Hmmmm, I do not understand this post. All you YOUNG guys seem to, though. :frenchlol1:

But structure within a group is important; this club (and the ACW and CCC, similarly) have been around for ALMOST 2 decades. I plan on making it to 4 decades. :frenchvive1: :frenchwink1:
