Had one of my stroke-like attacks yesterday so am taking it easy this weekend. I should have all game files back to my opponents by Monday. Thanks for your patience.

Please consult a doctor if you haven't. Can't take brain injury symptoms too seriously. Maybe a complication with your post surgery medications.
My heart isn't really in our game but, I'm willing to play it out. I've gone off the deep end in French history study. If you try to learn about Napoleonics than you must read about the Seven Years War. Then you have to read about Louis XIV, but first the 30 Years War. The French religious wars enlighten that subject and so on. So, I've resolved to start with Charlemagne and just read everything from the beginning of the concept of France this winter.

Do not forget the Gauls and maybe the Frankish tribes. :frenchdrunk:

I have had these since 1998. It was a complication resulting from blockage during surgery (probably had my head laying to one side, etc) and also middle ear issues I had then.

The good news is I feel much better and did some work on CEF today. Finished up some artillery changes.

About 20 years ago, I went to work one morning, got to the office and sat down. A couple of employees came in and asked me what was wrong. I said that nothing was wrong and immediately slumped over.

I had an inner ear problem, with super vertigo. They loaded me in my car and took me home. About 3 WEEKS later, I was back to work. I, literally, stayed on my couch for ONE week. The doctor prescribed motion sickness pills.

It was not a good time. LOL

Similar thing, Ernie. In 1991-92 I was on Meclizine (Antivert) for a time, took myself off and in 1998 it came back to bite me. I got back on it after the surgery triggered something and was on that for years. Finally the VA said I should not have been taking that med for so many years.

When I get the feeling like I am going to pass out I lay down in bed and it helps. Stressful jobs are out. Its why I had to give up driving a school bus.

The bike riding really helps. As long as I can get out and do a ride or two each week it helps me.

(I don't miss driving that much - people are texting or yak yak yaking on the phone and not paying attention - add to it that this is a cold weather state and I am hoping to avoid driving until the Spring comes - I do enjoy road trips so every once in awhile when I can afford it I will rent a car and head out somewhere - Uber has spoiled me ... "Home, James")
