It's a great piece of work! Already started a game with it.

Are these changes due to Covid 19?

Reduced max stacking to 1800 troops
Increased stacking factor to 3 from 2 for cavalry
Slight increase to Divisional commanders radius

The reduction in stacking is good. The increase in the cavalry factor means less cavalry troopers in a hex as well.

Wonder what space you now need for d'Erlon corps...

Gents,
before I go off and bother Rich Hamilton,
I have a Waterloo 1.08 JTS question.
scenario 032-The Ridge - D'Erlon's Attack - Phase 1
does not allow infantry fire due to the pdt

Do I have this installed wrong or something with the patch?

Thanks,

Jim P.

Due pdt? What is set there that infantry can't fire?

It says due to weather

I am not sure if I have the game installed correctly

You see this in the Battle of Dresden too. The heavy rain precludes infantry fire due to the powder getting wet. Heavy loss of fire effectiveness for artillery too.

But it didn't rain at Waterloo ..... or did I miss something in reading David Chandler, Peter H. and the others....

Yes. It's a simple fix. I know he's pretty busy at the moment.
